Adrienne Marvin

Adrienne supports conservation teams to practice adaptive management, using the Conservation Standards to design, implement, and evaluate their work. She is a senior facilitator who develops workshops and trainings to guide teams through the strategic planning process.  The trick to good facilitation is tailoring the engagements to the team. To that end, she has worked with many types of organizations globally, including federal agencies, small NGOs, and even membership organizations with representatives from various spaces.
